These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Talyzo website (talyzo.in) and our online courses, quizzes, and learning materials (together, the “Services”), operated by Talyzo (“Talyzo”, “we”, “us”). By using our Services or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use Talyzo

Talyzo is designed for children, but accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian (18 years or older) . By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm you are an adult agreeing to these Terms on behalf of your child.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information at sign-up and checkout. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Courses and access

  • Our courses are delivered online through our secure learning platform (powered by Graphy).
  • Access is for a single child / single user for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Course access is granted for the duration stated on the course or plan at the time of purchase.
  • You may not share, resell, record, redistribute, or publicly display any course content.

4. Payments

  • Prices are listed on our course store (hosted on our Graphy-powered platform) and are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, Paytm, or Instamojo). We do not store your card or banking details.
  • Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

All content on Talyzo — including lessons, questions, hints, explanations, characters (Riya, Arjun, and the Talyzo mascot), artwork, audio, text, and software — is owned by Talyzo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share account access or course content with others;
  • Attempt to download, copy, or extract content except as expressly allowed;
  • Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Services;
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party platforms

Our courses are hosted and delivered via Graphy, and payments are handled by third-party gateways. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

We aim to provide high-quality educational content, but we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, exam result, or Olympiad performance. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talyzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Please review periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
